If the author had spent the proper time and resources to edit this book, I would have given it 4 stars. It lacks clarity due to numerous typos.

5 stars can't be offered because the book concludes with several roles/presciptions for the Federal Government's role in Health Care- a principle I disagree with. Federal Government has a role in interstate commerce regulation but that is where it should stop.

As a doctor offering a cash friendly practice and as the president of our local physicians association I warmly embrace the consumer information and options presented here. Thanks for getting this first edition out there.
